Bookingany of our guided tours offers you a customized and unique traveling experience. our Groups never exceeds 9 guests by tour and therfore you will more thoroughly enjoy with like minded people the experience you are about to join, some lifetime friendships had been forged.
To sum up our Vision;
- Professional authorized Blue Badge Guide for the whole duration
- Most our Tours are all-inclusive policy (admission fees, lunch, guide, driver, vehicle, etc.).
- The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 7* people and therefore you will receive exceptional care and attention.
- Preferential inputs, skipping the queues and lines (where available).
- Quality lunch in Restaurant with reserved best places (vegetarian and kids menu available)
- Pickup and dropoff from your doorstep available in selected Hotels.
- Any of our Tours can be also available as private (be advised however in that case a minimum of 5 partecipants is required)
- For larger Family and Corporate Groups just contact us so we can meet your needs and expectations.

We literally mean it, we are firmly believe that our customer should know that everything is covered, prepaid and included during our Tours & Excursions, no extra fees, unwarranted payments and other commercial "tricks", so besides the detailed description that you can download (in PDF Format), you will also discover that everything* is included such as transportation, entry fees to Museums and attractions, Lunch and/or Dinner, transportation, transfers, professional Guide, Driver and so on, we beg you to enjoy every second with us without hassle and full awareness that you are taken care of as you deserve to.

Pick-up is available at selected Hotels and upon request (Only Stockholm inner city), especially in the eventuality in which most participants are located in the same Hotel/location, we will do our best to satisfy all requests, however the standard meeting point is very easy to reach either on foot or public transportation (Stockholm´s Central Station main entrance as ref. - Pick/dropoff service is NOT offered from Nynäshamn Cruise terminal (due to distance 68Km/42Miles one way hence the Tour cannot ber performed)
-Airports (included Hotels within Airports area)pickup/dropoff is also NOT available
-For single partecipant pickup/dropoff is NOT normally available but we always try to do it nevertheless as long it is within the aforementioned area.
- Pickup/dropoff in pedestrian areas (such as Old Town) a location within the immediate vicinity will be assigned when possible as standard it is not available (but we always try to do it nevertheless as long it is within the aforementioned area) but we do provvide an alternative pickup point within a 3 minutes walk from center Old Town description and time will be forwarded 24Hours before Tour Start.
More informations will be forwarded upon booking such pickup/meeting point timing and more details, do always contact us for any help or further info., responding to our messages is necessary for updates and changes that may occur and therfore it is vital that we know for certain that you have received the messages.
The meeting point will be communicated upon booking, in the eventuality where all the tour participants are from the same location (Hotel, Cruise etc..) we can collect directly we will inform you as soon is the booking closed, we do have partnership with selected Hotels and Cruising Companies, and in such case we provide direct Pick-up and Drop off unless otherwise requested and subsequently approved by us.

Of course we would be very happy to help to create and assist you either as Private customer or Company/Corporate to create your dream Tour.
It can basically be a short or longer Tour/Experience to a chosen destination/attraction where we can meet your specifications and demands, we also do have several different Themed experiences ready on our catalogue, bur we are very willing to either alter, modify, create a new one just for you friends, family, corporate, coworkers, events etc...
Main stream and typical tour agencies are unwilling to perform such services due to scale economy and old fading concept 1 tour should fit everyone, we disagree. Our Themed tours may last for an afternoon, a day, or longer. They are built around a particular time period, event, author's works and life, architectural style or any other interest that might interest our customers. Private means that only a small of like-minded partecipants, in limited numbers usually between 5-8 persons, which means a more rewarding experience and even more attention toward the customers.
All our tours, activities and experiences are led by experts who provide insight into the events, unknown stories, hidden gems, fun facts, places and people related to the theme. Even though it is a themed tour that does not exclude that main attractions and sightworthy places and events would be disregarded, on the contrary our customers are embedded in a tour that will illustrate both the "Classic Panorama" sight-seeing tour , plus the added value and experience of a special interest theme.
Our services rates and currency are displayed in USD and a conversion table is available online. However, the client can pay in other currencies (Euro, and obviously Swedish Krona) on the day of the tour if both parties agree on the rate and currency. Safe credit/debit card method is also available through Paypal or similar just before the tour start.
Multiple methods of payment are available either through our online booking Module or directly on site just before the Tour start, You can Redeem your Voucher/Gift card, use Your Credit/Debit cards, Cash, Paypal and others, More details available in our booking module, and tour detailed description
Yes. Please send us a message via the contact us page and include your full name (per your registration), any information you remember (i.e. tour guide name, city of the arranged tour etc.). Our automatic booking responder will send you all the details needed when you book directly at our web page However you can still find most details on the specific Tour page (excluding the meeting point eventually)
Please note the following: 1. Please make cancellations possibly at the latest 48 hours before the startof the tour by doing so you are entitled for a full refund, if any payment has been done, Errantis has accepted your booking and turned down other opportunities so please keep in mind that when you do not honor the booking, you are penalizing our services, and as a common courtesy, we ask that you cancel with as much prior notice as possible through email or other meanings in order to ensure full refund. 2. In the event of cancellation by the customer, 24 hours prior start, the deposit paid is non-refundable, no show if not accepted or agreed upon the full amount is due. 3. To amend the booking (e.g. change the date or time), Errantis will do its best so to agree with you on a new time and date after the booking has been confirmed.
