All our Tours, Excursions & Services are available and bookable, but scaled to only private and not shared experiences, simply put you, your friends and family only will take part in our Excursions, Tours and Experiences, furthermore as per our policy a minimum number of partecipants is not required.

As worldwide Tourism and all related activities are on hold or extremely limited right now if any 🙁 , we as Errantis have been taking the following protocol about how gradually we intend to operate in the near future, especially in the aftermath of the pandemic, safety and comfort of our Guests are and always been our first and foremost priority and yes we wrote it twice.

All our Tours, Excursions & Services are available and bookable, but scaled to only private and not shared experiences, meaning that we will accomodate the persons belonging to the same group/family, and no one else could join. we also adapt our protocols and awareness depending the evolution of the situation on the ground, and our guests will be continuously informed.
Of course you can, we do not require any advanced payment or credit/debit card credentials, and you can unbook at any time. Bookings made in great advance 2 Months or more will also receive a 20% discount. Updates and support will be provvided as the situation is in a continuous evolving state.
Safety measures has been taken in order to assure the well being and comfort of our guests, such as: 1) Our personnel and Guides are tested on daily basis and prior any activity/tour to ensure that they are healthy and without sympotms. 2) The partecipants to our tours will be limited to only the group or family at the time of the booking, so no other person will be allowed to take part and the booking will be automatically only yours, family and friends. 3) Safety medical grade Masks will be required to everyone (included Driver and Guide) maks will be also provvided and available. 4) Total and compliance to authorities and awareness of updated protocols regarding maximum safety. 5) Vehicles are disinfected and sanitized before and after every Tour. 6) Your Guide will constantly provvide informations and updates regarding general safety measures. 7) Hand gel sanitizers will be available at all times 8) Through our support online chat we area available at all times
To provide even more space for responsible social distancing, guest capacity will be reduced, furthermore only the partecipants under the single booking will be in what is now a private Tour/Excursion. skip the line and queues will be implemente in all public areas for proper social distancing, same goes for venues such as Museums, Restaurants and so forth
We will only visit safe, locations with proper distancing protocols which may cause changes to your itinerary without omitting anything of the intended schedule it would only affect the sequence but not the content. Keeping our guests up-to-date with any changes impacting their itineraries is a top priority together with instant comunication before and during the Tour/Experience.
Even before the pandemic our guests had the total freedom to cancel and/or redeem their bookings at any time* without any penalties and therfore by booking with us you have not to worry about any of that and refund is instant, no questions asked. Redeeming or moving the booking to another date of your choice is totally legit, and as a thank you for your trust for supporting us during these hard times you will receive a 20% discount** or refund for the same ammount if already paid. As for now some of the main attractions and Museums are with limited capacity and opening times, but things are getting better quickly, therfore our guests will be advised prior start which, what and when of named attractions is available and/or limited to the public, in that case our guests will be offered a revised itinerary and alternative routes in order to match or even surpass the quality and content expected from the tour, (also note that in the eventuality of entry fees for attractions not performed will be refunded on site).
